New for 2027: World Viverrid MONTH!
In 2027, we are asking for participants to celebrate civets throughout the month of April - from World Civet Day (April 4) to World Binturong Day (May 8)
With our FREE resources, you can celebrate civets as much as you can throughout World Viverrid Month - generating even more attention for these often-overlooked elusive species.

Please be patient with us- allow 3-5 working days for us to confirm your participation by email.
Impact
Civets play a fundamental role in environmental, animal and human health when they are allowed to live free in the wild. Civet trade disrupts the natural balance between civets, the environment and people. This disruption can lead to the emergence of disease which puts everyone at risk. All funds raised throughout World Viverrid Day 2027 will go directly towards our 'Civet One Health' program, where we are working to protect civets from trade in Vietnam.
The Civet Project would like to thank all those raised vital funds on World Civet Day 2026!
