Civets play a fundamental role in environmental, animal and human health when they are allowed to live free in the wild. Civet trade disrupts the natural balance between civets, the environment and people. This disruption can lead to the emergence of disease which puts everyone at risk. All funds raised on World Civet Day 2026 will go directly towards our 'Civet One Health' program, where we are working to protect civets from trade in Vietnam.
